Products Covered

These Terms apply to Megaspermin MACA, Ovulofert ULTRA, and other Bon Pharm products that may be offered on the Website from time to time.
Product-specific descriptions, directions, routines, warnings, eligibility rules, subscription terms, and promotional terms apply only to the product or offer to which they expressly refer. Any reference to a three-month or 90-day educational routine applies only to Megaspermin MACA where expressly stated. It does not apply automatically to Ovulofert ULTRA or other Bon Pharm products and is not a medical instruction, required purchase commitment, subscription requirement, or guarantee of fertility, pregnancy, sperm, egg, IVF/ICSI, or clinical outcomes.

U.S.-Only Sales

Products are sold only for shipment to delivery addresses within the United States unless Bon Pharm expressly states otherwise in a future written policy. Orders with non-U.S. shipping addresses may be rejected, canceled, or refunded. International shipping, export, forwarding, customs, duties, and destination-country compliance are not offered unless separately approved and implemented.

Dietary Supplement Status

Products are dietary supplements, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent infertility or any disease. Individual needs and outcomes vary.

One Time Purchases and Subscriptions

One-time purchase remains available where products are offered for sale.
If Bon Pharm offers a subscription, auto-ship, Subscribe & Save or recurring-billing option, the Subscription Terms and the disclosures shown before purchase govern that option. Before enrollment, we display the recurring price, renewal frequency, shipping and tax charges, cancellation method, and any discount conditions or minimum commitment. We obtain separate affirmative subscription consent and send a confirmation in a form you can retain. Online enrollment can be canceled online at any time using the cancellation method provided. Cancellation stops further subscription renewals and charges. Returns and refunds for orders already charged remain subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy and rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Order Acceptance

An automatic receipt acknowledges that we received your order; it does not by itself confirm acceptance. We accept an order when we send a shipment confirmation, unless we expressly accept it earlier. Before acceptance, we may decline an order for stock, payment, material information errors, reasonable fraud concerns, unavailable shipping, an unlawfully configured subscription, or a legal restriction. We do not retain payment for merchandise we cancel. Order receipt and payment still trigger applicable shipment and refund duties; delaying acceptance does not avoid them. After acceptance, any cancellation must respect applicable law and your rights. If we cancel an order after charging payment, we will refund the canceled merchandise and related charges as required by law. We will release an unused authorization where applicable.

Pricing, Taxes, and Charges

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and fees are shown at checkout before purchase. We may correct an error before accepting an order. We will not increase an accepted order price without your express agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and provide any required cancellation and refund. For subscriptions, the recurring price, renewal frequency, shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and any price-change rules must be disclosed before the customer gives affirmative consent.

Payment Processing

Our online checkout is provided through Shopify. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include payment cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay or Venmo. The provider for the payment method you select processes payment information under its applicable terms and privacy practices. Bon Pharm receives the information needed to administer your order and does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on its own servers when payments are handled by those providers. A displayed payment option does not create a subscription or authorize recurring charges unless you separately enroll in a subscription.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Carrier delivery windows are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Our shipment obligations, delay notices, cancellation options and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy. An estimate does not remove any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy and any applicable product-specific or promotional terms. Due to health, safety, and dietary-supplement handling standards, opened, used, or unsealed products may be ineligible for voluntary return unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a Bon Pharm policy. Any satisfaction, support, store credit, challenge, documentation-review, or promotional program must be governed by separate written terms approved before launch.

No Medical or Fertility Guarantee

Bon Pharm does not guarantee fertility, pregnancy, sperm, egg, IVF/ICSI, hormone, semen analysis, menstrual-cycle, or clinical outcomes. Product information, educational routines, emails, quiz content, and customer support do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Marketing Emails

If you affirmatively opt in, Bon Pharm may send promotional emails, educational content, product information, offers, and updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting support@bonpharm.com.

Product Labels and Directions

Always review the final U.S. product label, Supplement Facts, directions, warnings, allergen information, and packaging before use. Website text is not a substitute for the product label.

Fraud, Abuse, and Resale

Bon Pharm may reject, cancel, limit, or review orders, refunds, promotions, subscriptions, or customer requests involving suspected fraud, abuse, resale, bulk purchasing, chargeback misuse, duplicate accounts, altered documents, or violations of these Terms. These measures do not limit honest safety reports, lawful criticism, or a payment-provider or statutory dispute right.

Cancellations and Address Changes

Contact us as soon as possible at support@bonpharm.com if you need to request an order cancellation or address change. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed after it has entered processing, fulfillment, or carrier transit. This does not limit a cancellation or refund right required by law. Cancellation of future subscription renewals is governed separately by the Subscription Terms.

Payment Disputes

If you have an order issue, you may contact us at support@bonpharm.com so we can investigate. You are not required to contact us before exercising a card, payment-provider, or statutory dispute right, and contacting us does not extend a dispute deadline. We may use relevant order, payment, tracking, fulfillment and customer-communication records to respond to disputes, chargebacks, fraud claims or refund requests.

Product Availability and Personal Use

Products may be limited in quantity or temporarily unavailable. We may modify, discontinue, or limit products prospectively, subject to applicable law and accepted orders. Products are sold for lawful personal use unless we authorize resale in writing. By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, provide accurate order information, and will review and follow the product label.

Applicable Terms and Consumer Rights

The version presented and accepted at checkout applies to your order. We do not change an existing order by subsequently updating website terms. Specific product descriptions and express promises remain subject to applicable warranty and consumer law. Nothing in these Terms makes you waive a remedy for a defective or nonconforming product. Lawful changes to future subscription renewals are governed by the Subscription Terms and required notice and consent.
